DyBadge is an App based on Microsoft Azure tailored to people management, even in Smart Working.
It manages orders, verifies the margin through statistics (even with Microsoft Power BI), and can be quickly integrated with any software through dedicated APIs.

The activities and expense reports of all employees saved in the system improve organization, HR management and final accounting of orders, and minimize the possibility of error.

Analyzing the data flows of a group of workers allows you to be able to count on a tool that facilitates the company’s strategic decisions to improve its efficiency and make internal organization easier.


DyLegal is an App based on Microsoft Azure dedicated to the professional sector.

The App manages the procedures of the practices, verifying the margin through the production of statistics (also with Microsoft Power BI), and can be integrated quickly and efficiently with any software through dedicated APIs.

The registrations of all the professionals and collaborators merged into the system improve organizational processes, HR management and the reporting of the progress of practices, and minimize the possibility of errors or overruns.

DyLegal is equipped with a software module for managing network folders on file servers, which aligns file access permissions with the allocation of resources on the file.

The App is integrated with Office 365, and has the possibility of importing calls from advanced telephone systems, allowing the final balance of the time dedicated to telephone calls.

Quickly and effectively manage help desk information flows

DyHelpMe is a valid tool with which you can track customer support requests, report the time invested for each ticket and manage assistance contracts.

A portal where customers can open tickets, have a direct line via chat with the DyFlowing team and keep the balance of their consumption contracts under control. Wherever they are, customers will always be able to monitor the status of their tickets thanks to the optimized and easy-to-use interface for web use and from any smartphone or tablet.

The dashboard developed on internal Power BI is updated directly from Business Central data.

This is how it is possible to have a real-time perspective on the performance of support and react immediately and effectively.


Our DyFlower is a verticalization on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central that manages all the particular flows of the Garden world including:

  • Segmentation of items by department, sector and family with related statistics.
  • Reorders – supplier reorder proposals with confirmation workflow management
  • Management by the store of non-compliance and logistics and accounting returns – credit or debit notes.
  • Warehouse label printing – front panels, plant plates and promotional billboards.
  • Compositions for sale – for example, the creation of assorted bouquets of cut flowers, or flower vases of different types.
  • Phytosanitary Management – identifies types of items that require registration and traceability in the same way as medicines.
  • Plant passport management – the obligation of traceability has recently been introduced with the adoption of the plant passport. The legislation has been in force in Italy since December 2019.
